An exhibition in Bolton to mark the 75th anniversary of the Mass Observation Worktown project will provide a snapshot of pre-war life, including the average number of pints drunk on different nights of the week. Bolton Museum will host a special anniversary exhibition marking the start of the 1937 research project from Saturday, September 22 to Saturday, December 1.
